Why I drink a green juice in the morning

I know you are fed up with this new obsession for juicing. I am too! I mean, I would never replace a delish, fresh fruit or veggie platter with a juice. BUT I am a major fan of my morning green juice. I started drinking juice in the morning just to check whether it is as beneficial to the mood and energy level as it was said it to be. And damn it was!

Guys trust me, I am neither a juicing fan nor a “health-over-taste” supporter. The effect my green juice has on my mood, energy and “feel good” levels is humooongous!

  • My skin glows and most importantly it has cleared up from annoying tiny spots.
  • My energy is sky-high! And boy do I need it.
  • My digestion improved. Enough said.

Tip: Always drink your green juice on an empty stomach and wait 30 minutes to an hour before putting anything else in there. The fabulous nutrients in your juice will travel around your body conveying awesomeness in the most efficient means.

Morning Green Juice

  • ¼ green apple
  • 2-3 celery stalks
  • a handful of spinach
  • 1 lime
  • ginger (quantity varies depending on your preferences)

Use your juicer to produce the apple juice and then blend it with the rest of the ingredients in a blender. And voila!

Oh! Before closing. I am sure that many of you will go like “If a green juice had the above benefits, the entire humanity would now live on them”. Let’s be clear – it’s not the green juice itself that will make you feel this way. As mentioned in my post regarding nutrition (hyperlink), that great ‘Aha!’ feeling of is a combination of your nutrition, physical activity, and psychology. Still, a morning green juice is a valuable addition to that orgasmic feeling…
