How to make a Matcha Ninja energy bowl

Some days I just get the urge to have a delish bowl of honest goodness. No ice-cream in the world can satisfy my craving for something sweet and frozen, something that will give my taste buds a good reason to throw a party and my body the chance to be fit and strong, healthy and lean. Go ahead, make your day, it will only take you a few minutes to prepare _and, probably, a fewer to vanish. Bon appetite, lovelies, here’s to your health. Literally.

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana (as ripe as possible)

½ avocado

30g baby spinach

½ tsp Matcha Ninja

120ml almond milk

¼ lemon juice

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blend until smooth. Garnish with your preferred toppings; mine are bee pollen, chia seeds, and clover sprouts. Bottoms up, babes!
