Beetroot Apple and Chilli Smoothie 

INGREDIENTS:

2 beetroots

1 red apple

1 green apple

200 ml. Pineapple juice

1 kiwi

1 red chili

1 tsp. Salt

DIRECTIONS:

Wash all fruits.

Peel beetroots and dice.

Cut the apples in quarters, remove stalks and seeds.

Remove membranes from chili unless you want your smoothie really spicy.

Peel kiwi and cut into chunks.

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
