Happy hummus

The Matcha Ninja recipe

I make this hummus when I need something wholesome and tasty that will give me good and yummy energy. The tahini paste is a powerful protein full of good fats and amino acids, while matcha ninja provides me with the antioxidants I need for a busy day _add to that the boost in my immune system, and I am ready to fight off anything that might try to stop me from feeling awesome! How I eat it? Some thinly sliced pitta bread and a large green salad and you got yourself a meal!


1 fresh lemon

1 can chickpeas (fully strained)

2 tsp Matcha Ninja

1-2 garlic cloves

1 ½ tbsp tahini

3 tbsp water

1 tsp cumin or paprika

Salt & pepper to taste


Juice the lemon and mix with the rest of the ingredients, apart from the spice (cumin or paprika) in a food processor until the mixture is entirely smooth. Top with your spice of choice (cumin or paprika) or sprouts and drizzle with olive oil.
