My Quick & Dynamite Breakfast
Following my post on greek yogurt and why it is good for you, I’d like to share my yummy yogurt breakfast, where I usually have in those mornings that find me in a rush.
Why I choose it:
– It’s tasty
– It’s quick
– It’s filling
What I put in the bowl
For the Yogurt:
1 can (200gr) of Greek Yogurt (I use the Olympos lactose-free one)
20ml unsweetened Almond milk
1 tablespoon Honey (Eirikis)
1 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon
1 teaspoon of Green Antioxidant Powder (Your Superfoods)
3 tablespoons Granola (homemade – I’ll share my recipe soon!)
1 tablespoon nuts
- The specific honey I use is the only one that keeps the original & raw taste of honey (average sweetness) and thus, it doesn’t mess with my blood sugar. What does that mean? No highs and lows, no cravings! Oh yes, it’s real. Do you want a full article on this type of honey? Please share comments.

Super simple. I put all the ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds, pour the mixture into a bowl and add the toppings.
Oh, forgot to mention one last thing… I vanish it within minutes!
