Honey Salmon with Asparagus 

INGREDIENTS:

800 g. Fresh salmon

3 tbsp. Honey

3 tbsp. Pink peppercorn

2 tbsp. Smoked salt

5 tbsp. Olive oil

300 g. Asparagus

500 g. Boiled baby potatoes

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 200°Celsius.

Pat dry and cut salmon into 4 pieces before transferring to baking sheet.

On the sides add washed asparagus.

On a chopping board press one by one baby potatoes with the palm of your hand until flat and transfer to baking sheet.

With a brush spread honey on salmon sprinkle with peppercorn.

Drizzle olive oil all over the salmon, potatoes, and asparagus, sprinkle with salt and bake for 8-10 minutes.

Serve immediately.
