Fight constipation!

What: Get your body working again by waving bye-bye to constipation.

How: The night before add 3 prunes in a bottle of water. First thing in the morning, drink the water and eat the prunes.

Why: Water is a must when you are constipated and prunes contain a high amount of fiber that can be more effective than other constipation-relieving methods.
